Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are currently manufactured solely the UK.

How can I be assured your products are safe?

We work with manufacturers that develop products that use ingredients that are suitable for your skin, and intimate area with pH balanced formulas. They are assured to contains 100% Biodegradable & Compostable Material Certified to DIN EN 13432.

Do you use perfume in your products?

Some of our products are sented but we do not use perfumes to sent our producs. Perfumes normally contains alcohol which is sensitive to your skin and not suitable for the intimate area. All these has been tested accordingly before produced and are alcohol free.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 workings. For any delayed orders, please get in touch with us.

Where about do you ship?

We currently only deliver to the UK. Contact us at info@nilam.co.uk f you have any question about International shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based current rates for shipping the product. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Subscription orders

How do I subscribe?

View our product and choose the subscription. If you do not already have an account you will be prompt to create one. You an manage your subscription directly from your account.

I have subscribed, when do I get my order?

Subscription boxes are shipped within the first week days of each month. You will get your first box upon your first delivery within the regular shipping days (3-5 days).

Note: We do have a cut off date of 5 day. This means, if you sign up to a subscription, you will be charged immediately. Orders placed outside the cutoff period will be shipped to you within 3-5 days. Orders placed inside the cutoff will be sent within the next month cycle which also moves the first recurring charge to the following cycle.

What is your cut off date?

We do have a cut off date of 5 days when you subscribe. This is to avoid you are getting charged too close between the subscription frequency. This means, if you sign up to a subscription, you will be charged immediately. Orders placed outside the cutoff period will be shipped to you within 3-5 days. Orders placed inside the cutoff will be sent within the next month cycle which also moves the first recurring charge to the following cycle.

How It Works

With renewals on the 30th of each month and a 5-day cutoff, any order placed after October 25th will be scheduled.

If a customer orders on October 20th, 2025...

• Initial Order Status: AttentionUnfulfilled

• 1st Recurring: Renews on October 30th

Inside the Cutoff

If a customer orders on October 29th, 2025...

• Initial Order Status: InfoScheduled for October 30th

• 1st Recurring: Renews on November 30th

I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do?

Subscriptions can be managed, paused or cancelled anytime via your customer account

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect.
