Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Nila M. If for any reason you need to return your order, here’s how it works.
Can I return my wipes?
Sealed & Unopened: Yes — if the pack is still sealed and unopened, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it.
Opened or Unsealed: For reasons of health and hygiene, once the pack has been opened, we cannot accept a return.
This rule is based on UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg. 28(3)(a)).
What if my wipes are faulty or damaged?
If your wipes arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund. This applies whether the pack is opened or not — your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How do I return a sealed pack?
- Email us at info@nilambeauty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll send you a pre-paid return label and instructions.
- Package the unopened wipes securely and drop them off at your local post office.
- Once received, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days to your original payment method (including standard delivery costs).
Refunds
- Refunds are always made back to the original payment method.
- We’ll also refund the cost of standard delivery, but not any extra paid for express shipping.
- Please allow up to 14 days after we receive the return for your refund to appear.
